After qualifying with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Chloe Bruce-Rae is now responsible for all regulated care in the region, ensuring compliance with legislation and a focus on safe, effective and person-centred support.
Having joined Trinity in 2024 as a field care supervisor, Chloe is also responsible for overseeing all client and family relationships, helping to nurture and strengthen bonds between carers, clients, and their families. She supports both office-based and care teams, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Speaking about her new accreditation, Chloe said:
Iβm extremely passionate about my role and ensuring our clients in the East of England receive the highest standards of care, and becoming a Registered Manager helps me take this a step further.
I aim to help the whole team improve the lives of those we care for by ensuring we keep our exceptional standards consistently high. Iβm keen to promote the independence of our clients, to protect their dignity and choice, and to fully involve them in every step of their care, and by doing this, we can help those who need support to continue to live their lives at home safely and happily.
Simon Yeoman, Managing Director of Trinity Homecare Group, said:
Chloe has a great amount of knowledge and experience in the care sector, and itβs wonderful that she is now the CQC Registered Manager for our East of England branch. Iβm confident that Chloe is going to continue to excel at Trinity, and to ensure our clients receive the very highest standards of care.
